🛠️ RMA Service Process (Repair / Replacement Guide)
At A, we care about your experience with our products — even after the sale. If you encounter any issues, our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process is designed to be smooth, transparent, and customer-focused.
🔁 How the RMA Process Works
1. Contact Customer Support
Reach out to us via email or our support page to report the issue and request RMA service.
2. Fill Out the RMA Request Form
We’ll provide a simple form where you can enter product details and describe the problem.
3. Submit the Form & Get an RMA Number
Once we receive your form, we’ll review it and issue a unique RMA number for tracking.
4. Ship the Product to Us
Please package your item securely, clearly mark the RMA number on the package, and send it to our service center.
5. We Diagnose the Issue
Our technicians will inspect and test your product carefully to identify the issue.
6. Warranty Check
✅ Under Warranty:
- If the issue is due to a product defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
- If damage is due to misuse (e.g., water damage, drops, improper operation), we’ll provide a repair quote and only proceed if you approve the cost.
❌ Out of Warranty:
- We’ll also provide a repair quote for your approval before proceeding.
7. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Cases
If your product arrived faulty and was reported within the valid DOA period, we will replace it with a brand-new unit.
8. Product Returned to You
Once repaired or replaced, we’ll send your product back promptly and securely.
⚠️ What’s Not Covered
The following situations fall outside of warranty coverage:
- Missing valid proof of purchase
- Warranty period has expired
- Free or promotional items
- Third-party repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by misuse (e.g., water, drops, extreme temperature)
- Purchases made from unauthorized resellers
